How long will it take my order to ship.
We try and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. However, if an item is marked "delayed shipping" it may take up to 14 business days to ship.
What does "delayed shipping" on an item mean?
Some products available in the store are created after a purchase is made. These items include custom made products or uncommon sizes on apparel. Because of the necessary time to create these products, if your order contains any of these items it may take up to 14 business days before you order ships. We suggest ordering delayed shipping items in a separate order if you require other items in your order to arrive earlier.
What happens if I don't receive my order confirmation email?

I need to cancel my order!
We are unable to cancel orders in most cases, but are happy to accept returns as outlined below. However, please contact us
as soon as possible to see if there are other options.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated per item based on size and weight. Orders greater than $75 before taxes and fees will have their shipping cost wavied.
What provider is used for shipping?
Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, however some exceptions are made based on quantities purchased.
Is expedited shipping available?
Most shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail which have transit times of 1-3 days for the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Overnight shipping is not available.
Can you ship internationally?
Right now we are only able to ship our products to addresses located within the United States. We are working to change this in the near future.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We will send an email once your package has been shipped that will include your package tracking number. This number will also be available on the order status
What if my package becomes lost?
Packages lost during shipment/delivery are the responsibility of the shipping provider. Please contact them for further information.
Can I return an item?
Yes, however there are some exceptions. Items must be returned withing 60 days of the order being received. Apparel items being returned must be unworn and unwashed. Custom items cannot be returned (this will be noted in the item description). Final Sale items cannot be returned (this will be noted in the description). Any returned items that have been used or modified will not be refunded.
To start a return:
- Visit the contact us page
- Select "Return Request"
- Enter your order number in the field below
- In the main entry field provide the item SKU, quantity, and reason the return
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a Return ID number and mailing address.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time we are unable to handle exchages. To recieve a different option, place a new order for the new option and return the item that didn't work.
How will I get my money back?
We will refund your credit card that the purchase was made with excluding shipping costs.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
We try our best to only make the best products. However, if you receive a damaged item please Contact Us
so we can resolve it as quick as possible.
What happens if my item becomes damaged due to wear and tear?
We try our best to only make the best products. However, if your item becomes damaged through regular wear and tear we can repair or replace your item for a reasonable charge. Contact us
